Customers can file a return for the items purchased from Kleviro within 30 days of the delivery date. However, terms and conditions may apply. Customers can contact via mail or phone number mentioning the reason for return. The reasons may include
1) The delivered item was faulty
2) The delivered item was missing pieces
3) The delivered item was damaged or defective at the time of delivery
4) The delivered item was different from the one that was purchased
Customers can also attach photographs of the damaged/faulty/defective/missing pieces/ mismatched item in an email explaining their concerns, and our customer care assistant will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
